盐酸丙帕他莫在腰椎间盘镜手术后疼痛治疗中的疗效观察

Clinical study on the curative effect and safety of Propacetamol Hydrochloride injection in the analgesia after microendoscopic discectomy

目的观察盐酸丙帕他莫治疗腰椎间盘镜手术后疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将腰椎间盘镜手术后患者40例分为A、B 2组,A组静脉注射盐酸丙帕他莫(2 g盐酸丙帕他莫注射液加入250 mL生理盐水),B组肌肉注射曲马多(100 mg注射液),镇痛效果评价采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),并记录副反应评价安全性。结果 VAS评分在给药后15 min,30 min,60 min A组明显低于B组(P<0.01);A组和B组镇痛起效时间也差异明显,分别为(9.33±5.16)min,(15.33±6.50)min。2组均未出现不良反应(恶心、呕吐、头晕、呼吸抑制)。结论在腰椎间盘镜手术后镇痛中,盐酸丙帕他莫注射液可取得较好的疗效,且副作用小、安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Propacetamol Hydrochloride injection in the analgesia after microendoscopic discectomy （MED）.Methods Forty patients considering MED were divided two groups o Patients in group A were adminisrated with intravenous drip of Propacetamol Hydrochloride injection （2 g Propacetamol Hydrochloride injection combined with 250 mL normal saline）, whhe the patients in the group B were administrated with intramuscular injection of 100 mg tramadol hydrochloride.Observe the analgesic effect using visual analogue scale（VAS） and evaluate satefy by side reaction.Results The clinical effect,VAS score at the time of 15 min,30 rain,60 min post-dose were recorded in two groups.Differences between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Time to prove effective for analgesia is 9.33 ± 5.15 min in the group A,while 15.33± 5.50 min for group B.No adverse reaction occurred in both two groups （nausea, vomiting, dizziness, respiratory depression）, adverse reactions of two groups were not statistically different （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Propacetamol Hydrochloride injection in the analgesia after microendoscopic discectomy（MED） can obtain a very good clinical effect, with low incidence rate of side reaction.
