摘要
理论要指导实践,实践也需要上升到理论,理论与实践紧密结合、相互促进才能推动更好的发展。国家电网公司积极推动管理创新和变革,并在实践中不断探索管理理论,通过十年的发展形成了国家电网特色管理理论,即综合价值理论、持续超越理论、同心圆业务理论、集团公转理论、管理翻地理论和统一文化理论。本文分析研究了国家电网特色管理理论的理论基础、理论内涵和实践意义,以期为其他相关企业提供借鉴和参考。
Theories must guide the practices, and practice also needs to rise to theories, only the theories and practices combine closely and promote each other can they promote the better development. State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) promotes management innovation and change actively, and continue to explore management theories in the management practice. Through the past 10 years' development, it has formed several characteristic management theories which are Comprehensive Value Theory, Continuous Exceeding Theory, Concentric Circles Business Layout Theory, Group's Revolution Theory, Management Plowing Theory and Unified Culture Theory. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis, the theoretical connotation and practical significance of the characteristic management theories of SGCC, so as to provide reference for other related enterprlses.
