摘要
以花椰菜中杀扑磷和马拉硫磷为研究对象,比较C18、Florisil和HLB柱的萃取效率。样品经过固相萃取柱富集后,使用高效液相色谱分析。通过比较不同固相填料的萃取回收率,选择最佳的萃取条件及萃取小柱。结果表明,3种固相填料中,Florisil柱的萃取回收率最高。经过对实际样品的加标实验后,两种有机磷农药的回收率在79%~112%之间,适合花椰菜中痕量有机磷农药残留测定的分析要求。
The extraction efficiency of methidathion and malathion in cauliflower is compared by three dif-ferent solid-phase cartridges ,C18 ,Florisil and Hydrophile-Lipophilic Balance (HLB) .After extracted by solid phase extraction (SPE) ,the cauliflower samples are analyzed by high performance liquid chroma-tography (HPLC) .The suitable method and cartridge are found from the extraction recoveries .Among the three kinds of solid-phase being tested ,Florisil cartridge is the best one .By using this method ,the re-coveries of fortified samples are between 79% ~112% ,it can be used in the analysis of methidathion and malathion in cauliflower samples .
