摘要
针对某企业生产排产混乱的状况,设计了适用于该企业的车间生产计划调度方法.首先将具有相同品种的订单合并,对同品种的订单进行批量生产,将生产完成的订单从合并订单中分离,方便后期对订单进行管理;其次设计了订单计划排产优先级算法,实现了订单自动排产优先级顺序;最后,通过对机台的实时监控,掌握机台的上机情况,为计划调度提供了有力的依据.该生产计划调度方法的应用,明显改善了企业生产排产混乱的状况,使企业的生产管理效率显著提高.
In order to solve the chaotic conditions of the production scheduling in a textile company, based on the analysis of production planning and scheduling process,a workshop production planning and scheduling method which suited for the enterprise is designed. First, the orders of the same variety are merged for mass production. The completed orders are separated from the merged orders for supervising and controlling the orders more conveniently. Second, the priority algorithm of planning and scheduling of the orders are designed to achieve automatic scheduling. Finally, real-time monitoring of machines is realized. The application of this production planning otic conditions of enterprisels production. Thus the are greatly increased. and scheduling method evidently improves the chaefficiency of enterprise production and management
