免费师范生履约状况及其影响因素——基于对陕西师范大学免费师范生的调查

The implementation of treaty by tuition-free normal students and the analysis of its influencing factors ——Investigation into the tuition-free normal students at Shaanxi Normal University

免费师范生履行条约状况及其影响因素是一个亟待研究的新问题,本文用问卷方法对这个问题进行了适时的调查(主要面向陕西师范大学的有代表性的免费师范生)并且用Logistic回归统计方法进行分析.结果表明,免费师范生是否履行协议受家庭经济及所学专业(文科或理科)的影响实际上并不大;对是否履行协议起关键作用的因素首先是免费师范生对教师的职业认知和对自身的身份认知,其次是免费师范生自身的诚信状况.最后结合分析和现状,提出了若干加强免费师范生诚信度建设的政策性意见.

The implementation of treaty by tuition-free normal students at Shaanxi Normal University and its influencing factors compose a new problem which needs to be studied urgently .Questionnaires were adopted to investigate typical tuition-free normal college students at Shaanxi Normal University ,and lo-gistic regression statistic method was employed in analyzing .The research findings indicate that the key influencing factors are students′ perception of teaching careers and identity recognition to themselves , and personal credit status ,w hereas family economic status and the specialty actually have little influ-ence .In the end ,some suggestions are proposed about strengthening integrity construction of tuition-free normal students .
