摘要
新建地方本科院校应基于自身独特的文化背景、历史传承、发展基础以及社会环境等特征,找准大学生思想政治教育实践中的问题,分析其成因,从队伍建设、方法创新、资源整合、合力聚集、阵地打造等方面,提升大学生思想政治教育的实效性。
Based on the unique culture background,the historical inheritance,the development foundation and the social environment of the newly- built local universities,the problems in the practice of the students ＇ ideological and political education should be found out and analyzed.The effectiveness of the students＇ ideological and political education can be promoted through such aspects as the team construction,the method innovation,the resources integration the forces aggregation,and the front construction.
