摘要
发展性教师的培训策略和方法可以从四个方面进行探索:增强需要意识,实现动态发展;增强主体意识,实现主动发展;增强前移后拓意识,促进全程发展;增强"辐射引领"意识,实现滚动式发展。
The strategies and methods of developing teachers' training can be explored from the following four aspects: enhancing requirements awareness and achieving dynamic development; strengthening subjectivity awareness and achieving initiative development; enhancing front-moving and backward development awareness and promoting whole-process development; enhancing radiation and leading awareness and achieving rolling development.
