摘要
具有人文精神是大学教师职业的基本要求,是外语语言学科教育的基本使命,是大学外语教师个人发展的基本目标。提升人文精神,大学外语教师可以结合外语学科知识的教学,丰富人文知识,实施人文教育,促进教师专业发展。
The pursuit of humanistic spirit is the elementary requirement for university teachers, the basic mission of English teaching, and the essential goal of professional development for university English teachers. To cultivate humanistic spirit, university English teachers should combine the teaching of English language and the acquisition of humanistic knowledge. Humanistic spirit will be externalized into humanistic behaviors which encourage the humanistic concern for students, and strengthen the humanistic education to improve the humanistic quality.
