摘要
高校大学生长期处于学习、研究、生活、交友、就业等多种压力之中,身心健康都存在不安定因素,高校图书馆具有开展阅读疗法的优势,具体措施包括(1)提供的信息平台,建立良好的协作关系;(2)成立阅读疗法协会小组;(3)创建"阅读疗法"阅览室;(4)建立网络咨询平台等。
Under the high pressure of learning, study, life, friendship and employment, college students have some psychological problems. University libraries have the advantages to carry out reading therapy. The specific strategies include providing information platform to set up cooperation relationship, setting up reading therapy society, building reading therapy room, and constructing on-line consulting platform.
