摘要高血压病是引起脑卒中的重要原因。许多研究表明高同型半胱氨酸（Hcy ）与高血压病相关，高血压与高 H cy 协同增加脑卒中风险。中国高血压人群75％伴有 H cy 升高（即 H 型高血压），是我国脑卒中最重要的危险因素。荟萃分析表明补充叶酸可以降低 H cy及脑卒中发生风险，现就H型高血压近年来的研究进展作一简要综述。
