摘要 目的:探讨以"问题为基础的学习(PBL)"在护生护理文书书写带教中的应用效果。方法:实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的以教师为中心的讲授模式。随机抽取实验组与对照组护生书写的护理文书各230份,按统一护理文书书写标准评价护理文书质量,比较书写缺陷发生率。结果:实验组护理文书缺陷发生率较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PBL教学法可以减少实习护生书写缺陷,是一种较理想的培训方法。 [ Objective]To study the application of PBL teaching pattern to promote nursing record quality in nursing students. E Method] Nursing students in control group were taught with traditional teaching pattern while nursing students in experimental group were taught with PBL teaching pattern. 230 cases of nursing record were randomly selected in each group . The quality of nursing record was compared between two groups. E Result~ The defect rate in nursing record from experimental group was low- er than that from control group. There was significant difference between these two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Condusion3 The application of PBL teaching pattern in nursing record teaching can reduce defect rate. It is an ideal training method in promoting quality of nursing record for nursing students.
