摘要
将以问题为基础教学(PBL)引入临床医学专业本科急诊医学实践教学环节。实践表明,采用PBL教学后学生临床技能明显提高,自主学习能力、临床思辨能力、归纳总结能力、临床实践能力的认可程度明显高于传统教学。PBL教学有利于提高学生的实践和创新能力,是一种符合急诊医学特点的教学模式。
Problem based learning (PBL) was applied to practice teaching of emergency medicine teaching in clinical medicine specialty. Clinical skills were improved obviously after PBL. The effect of PBL in students' self- learning ability, Clinical speculative ability, summarizing ability, clinical practice ability was significantly better than that of students with lecture based learning (LBL). PBL according to emergency medicine feature was benefit to cultivate the students' practical ability and cre- ative ability.
