品管圈在急诊科呼吸机正确启用中的应用

The correct application of ventilator with quality control circle in emergency department of primary hospital

目的:探讨品管圈在基层医院急诊科呼吸机正确启用中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,建立培训制度,规范操作步骤,针对易出错环节制定对策,持续监控正确率,整改并适当奖惩。结果:品管圈后,呼吸机的正确启用率明显提高,操作错误次数由57次减少到改善后26次,进步率为54%,正确率达95%以上,目标达标率为110%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动减少了医院急诊科呼吸机启用错误的次数,提高了正确率,缩短了抢救应急时间,降低医患纠纷的风险,有利于科室医护团队的协作精神和质量管理能力的提升,值得基层医院在管理中应用。

[Objective] To discuss the effects of employing quality control circle （QCC） in ventilator correctly enabled in prima- ry hospital emergency department [Method] QCC group was set up. Training system was established. Control measures were formulated according to the error prone links. Correct operation rate was continuously monitored. Rectification and appropriate rewards and punishments were carded out.. [ Result] After the QCC executed, cases of error operation reduced from 57 to 26, and the improvement rate was 54 %. The correct rate is above 95 % and compliance rate target of 110%. （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Con- clusion] QCC reduces errors of the primary emergency ventilator enabled. It is conductive to the system and the implementation of measures, shortens rescue emergency time, reduces the risk, strengthens the deparanent medical team and improves the abili- ty of quality management. It is good for the primary hospital application in management.
