电视硬质气管镜联合电子支气管镜治疗复杂大气道狭窄的护理

Nursing management in the interventional therapy for complicated central airway stenosis with video- assisted rigid bronchoscope and electronic bronchoscope

目的:探讨经电视硬质气管镜联合电子支气管镜治疗的气道疾病患者的护理方法。方法:对6例经电视硬质气管镜联合电子支气管镜治疗的患者予围手术期护理,术前重点进行呼吸道护理、心理护理及氧疗,术中的密切配合,术后严密监测生命体征,加强呼吸道管理,指导其合理饮食及并发症的预防、观察和护理等。结果:患者情绪稳定,能积极主动配合治疗。本组6例患者手术成功,气道均恢复通畅,无并发症的发生,提高了其生活质量。结论:细致有效的术前、术后护理和默契的术中配合是保证患者安全,预防并减少手术并发症,提高手术成功率的关键。

[ Objective] To discuss the effective nursing care management in the interventional therapy for complicated central air- way stenosis with video- assisted rigid bronchoscope combined with electronic bronchoscope. ~Method~ Six patients suffering complicated central airway stenosis were given interventional therapies like argon blade laser ablation, stentt implantation or re- moval with video- assisted rigid bronchoscope and elecaonic bronchoscope. Comprehensive nursing care management including thorough preoperative preparations, cooperation during the interventional therapy, careful monitoring and prompt dealing with possible compfications afterwards was given and evaluated. [ Result] All of the six interventional operations were carried out successfully; all of the six patients were relieved of dyspnea through airway remodeling by stentts implantation; two temporary stents were removed successfully. Only one patient was complicated with minor hemoptysis and alleviated soon. [ Conclusion ] Efficient and dedicate nursing care during the interventional therapy reqtfires comprehensive management, which is of substantial importance in guaranteeing the success of the therapeutic invention.
