摘要
通过将新型的纳米炭黑材料及碳纤维导电相材料按照一定比例单独以及混合掺加到混凝土里,来研究这两种导电相材料对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及对混凝土电阻率的影响及其规律。研究发现,纳米炭黑(粒径17nm)作为一种新型的纳米级材料,在0.1%~0.2%质量掺量时能够很好的提高混凝土的抗压强度,对混凝土的电阻率有一定的降低作用。碳纤维在达到一定掺量(大于质量分数0.8%)时,能够很好的提高混凝土的抗折强度和降低混凝土的电阻率。
Through the new nano carbon black and carbon fiber conductive material according to certain proportion separately and mixed adding into the concrete,we study this two kinds of conductive materials on the workability,mechanical properties of concrete and the effect on electrical resistivity of concrete. The study found that,nano carbon black( Particle size of 17nm) as a new nano scale materials,when 0. 1% to 0. 2% by mass content can well improve the compressive strength of concrete,the resistivity of concrete was decreased; when carbon fiber reaches a certain volume( greater than the mass fraction 0. 8%),can well improve the flexural strength of concrete and reduce the resistivity of concrete.
