摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对拉伸正交各向异性中心椭圆孔板进行分析,得到的应力集中系数与已有结果吻合较好,验证了有限元分析的精度和可靠性,并分析了不同种类正交各向异性材料对应力集中系数的影响。进一步分析拉伸正交各向异性偏心椭圆孔板的应力集中系数,得到应力集中系数随偏心距大小、椭圆孔形状以及板宽度变化的规律。
By using the software ANSYS based on finite element method,the stress concentration factor( SCF) of an orthotropic strip with an elliptical hole subjected to uniform tensile stress,is analyzed numerically. The derived stress concentration factors for an infinite plate with a central elliptical hole have accordance well with the theoretical solution. Then the orthotropic strip of finite width subjected to uniform tensile stress with an eccentric elliptical hole is analyzed. The change rule of the SCFs along with the size of eccentricity and the shape of the elliptical hole is obtained.
