钢管再生混合长柱轴压承载力ANSYS分析

摘要 为研究薄壁方钢管再生混合混凝土长柱轴压极限承载性能,考虑长细比、含钢率、取代率3个变量参数对其进行了有限元分析。获取试件的荷载轴向位移曲线,分析各变化参数对薄壁方钢管再生混合混凝土长柱轴压极限承载力的影响。分析结果表明:薄壁方钢管再生混合混凝土长柱轴压极限承载力在一定范围内随着长细比的增加而降低,随着含钢率的提高而增加,而取代率对其极限承载力的影响有限。 To study the ultimate bearing behavior of recycled-concrete-lump filled thin-walled square steel tubular long columns under axial compression,three variable parameters were considered in the finite element analysis of recycled-concrete-lump filled thin-walled square steel tubular long columns, which were slenderness ratio,steel ratio and recycled-concrete-lump replacement percentage. Load-displacement curves were obtained from the analysis,and the influences of the changing parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity was analyzed. The results of study showed that the recycled-concrete-lump replacement percentage has unconspicuous influence on the specimens bearing capacity,which is in inverse proportion to the slenderness ratio from 42 to 69 and in direct proportion to the steel ratio.
