摘要
为提高建筑业生产效率,实现各方利益最大化,IPD工程交付模式应运而生。文中首先介绍IPD模式,并与传统模式进行对比分析IPD模式特点。研究BIM技术在各阶段优势并在此基础上提出基于BIM技术的建设项目IPD协同实施框架图,为IPD工程交付模式推广提供一定借鉴意义。
In order to improve construction efficiency,maximize the interests of all parties,the Integrated Project Delivery arises at the historic moment. This paper first introduces the Integrated Project Delivery,and analyzes the characteristics of the Integrated Project Delivery comparing with the traditional project delivery. Then studies BIM technology advantages through various stages and put forward implementation frame of construction projects based on BIM technology on the basis of the Integrated Project Delivery,and provide a certain reference significance for Integrated Project Delivery promotion.
