C型凝集素受体与Th17细胞免疫在真菌感染中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Th1、Th2细胞是经典的辅助T细胞,分别以分泌INF-γ、IL-4为特征。Th17细胞是近期发现的辅助T细胞,以分泌IL-17为特征,能诱导多种炎性反应及髓系细胞、上皮细胞等抗微生物应答。Th17细胞分化是当前关注的焦点。已有研究结果证实,Th17细胞应答能驱动保护性的抗真菌免疫反应[1],但其介导的炎性效应与自身免疫疾病相关。抗原提呈细胞(antigen-presenting cell,APC)上的模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptors,PRRs)是研究Th17细胞免疫的重要领域。
