摘要
介绍了旋流板捕雾器的主要工艺用途和设备结构特点,利用流体有限元计算分析软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟,得出焦炉煤气在旋流板捕雾器中的流动状态、压力场、速度场等分布情况,并对相关结果进行了讨论。
This paper describes main processes and structural features of the swirl plate demister which had been put into numerical simulation in the internal flow field by fluid finite element software. The test shows flowing status,and distribution of pressure field and velocity field of the coke oven gas inside the swirl plate demister. The results are also analyzed in this paper.
