金荞麦不同种植密度试验 被引量:4

Different Cultivation Density Experiments of Wild Buckwheat

摘要 在喀斯特温和气候区,采用田间小区试验法,研究金荞麦(Fagopyrum cymosum)不同种植密度对块根产量和品质的影响。在40 000~200 000株/hm2范围内设5个不同种植密度,以金荞麦块根产量和表儿茶素、醇溶性浸出物为考察依据。结果表明,随着种植密度的增加,金荞麦块根产量呈上升趋势,单株块根质量呈下降趋势,块根净增产量以种植密度为100 000株/hm2处理最高,为3 112.35 kg/hm2;各种植密度处理的金荞麦表儿茶素含量为0.045 7%~0.058 5%,醇溶性浸出物为18.20%~22.75%,均达到国家药典标准要求,且表儿茶素和醇溶性浸出物含量均随种植密度增加依次下降。对金荞麦须根、茎、叶进行检测,须根表儿茶素为0.038 3%,醇溶性浸出物为14.30%,含量均达到国家药典标准;茎、叶总黄酮含量随着植株生长逐渐增加。喀斯特温和气候区金荞麦适宜种植密度以100 000株/hm2为宜。 Setting five different planting density ranged from 40 000 plants / hm2to 20 0000 plants / hm2and using wild buckwheat(Fagopyrum cymosum) root tuber yield, epicatechin and ethanol-soluble extractives as materials, the influence of different density on root tuber yield and quality of wild buckwheat was studied with field plot test. The results showed that root tuber yield increased perpendicularly and root yield per plant decreased as planting density of wild buckwheat increased. Root tuber net response of treatment 2(10 0000 plants / hm2)(3 112.35 kg / hm2)was the highest. Both epicatechin content(0.045 7%~ 0.058 5%)and ethanol-soluble extractives(18.20%~22.75%) reached the standard of China Pharmacopoeia. Epicatechin and ethanol-soluble extractives decreased while planting density of wild buckwheat increased. Results of detecting showed that epicatechin content(0.0383%)and ethanol-soluble extractives(14.30%)of wild buckwheat's fibrous root reached the Chinese pharmacopoeia standard. Flavone content of wild buckwheat's stem and leaf increased with plant growth. 100 000 plants / hm2is the planting density of wild buckwheat suitable in Karst moderate climate zone.
