摘要
利用热平衡及平衡分析来比较带补燃的低温余热发电系统和纯低温余热发电系统,结果表明,补燃降低了排烟损失,提高了余热锅炉效率,因此提高了系统循环热效率。但是在补燃条件下,余热锅炉损增大,导致带补燃的低温余热发电系统效率要低于纯低温余热发电系统。
In the study,waste heat power generation system with supplementary burner and pure low- temperature waste heat power generation system were compared by thermal balance and exergy balance calculation. The results indicate that the supplementary burner could reduce exhaust loss of waste heat boiler,the Rankine- cycle thermal efficiency was improved as a result,meanwhile,the exergy loss of boiler increased and the exergy efficiency of system decreased.
