利用铁尾矿制备低温烧结陶瓷材料 被引量:14

摘要 选用定量的钢渣,添加不同含量的铁尾矿及其他辅料制备陶瓷材料,并对其烧结过程和产品结构、性能进行了研究。研究表明,尾矿添加量为10%~40%能够制备出合格的钢渣-尾矿陶瓷材料,尾矿最适宜的添加量为20%,此时试样的烧成区间为1105~1130℃,制备的样品最高抗折强度达到69.4MPa,样品的烧结温度低于传统陶瓷烧成温度100℃左右,而强度接近国家标准的2倍,不仅能够实现陶瓷的节能制备,还能获得高性能的陶瓷产品。 Ceramics were prepared from adding fixed content of steel slag with variable contents of tailing and other auxiliary materials. Sintering process and the microstructure and properties of the sintered specimens were investigated. Results show that when adding 10% ~ 40% amount of tailing, qualified steel slag- tailing ceramics could be obtained,and the sintering temperature of the materials decreased as the tailing added in increased. It is evidenced that the most appropriate adding amount of tailing was 20% and the firing temperature ranged from 1105℃ to 1130 ℃. Bending strength of the specimens reached the largest value of 69. 4MPa,which was twice larger than the value of the national standard of the ceramic bending strength,moreover,the firing temperature decreased by 100℃ comparing to the traditional firing method. The novel approach may help obtain well performed ceramics with lower energy consumption.
