摘要
为探究更利于K326中上部烟叶的烘烤工艺,分析了在重庆市彭水县当地主要使用的传统烘烤工艺和优化工艺条件下,不同烘烤时期烟叶的颜色参数值(L*、a*、b*)和烟叶正反面总色差值(ΔE*)的变化规律。采用低起火温度以及适当延长凋萎和定色时间等措施的优化工艺有利于减小烤后烟叶的正反面总色差值,提高烤后烟叶的外观质量。所以,合理调控变黄末期和定色后期的时间有助于改善烟叶的外观质量。
In order to study the curing technique of the middle and upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco of K326, the variations of the color parameters(L*, a*, b*) and the color value differences of front and back of flue-cured tobacco leaves(ΔE*) under the condition of major local traditional curing technique in Pengshui country of Chongqing city were analyzed and curing technique during bulk-curing process was optimized. The results showed that the optimized curing technique adopted by lowering ignition temperature and appropriated extending the wilting stage and color fixing stage could help reduce the color value differences of front and back of flue-cured tobacco leaves, improve the quality of the appearance of the cured tobacco leaves. Reasonable regulating the yellowing stage and color fixing stage can help improve the quality of the appearance of the cured tobacco leaves.
