摘要
2012年以7个重要烤烟品种(系)及其组配的42个杂交组合为材料,分析烤烟亲本间的主要农艺性状的杂种优势及其配合力,探讨高优势组合的遗传基础。结果表明,株高、叶长、叶宽、茎围和节距中亲优势明显,叶数超亲优势明显,组合间差异较大。优选出秦烟96×NC89、NC89×664-01、664-01×云烟87优势组合及中烟100、664-01和秦烟96优秀亲本材料。其中,高优势组合的亲本配合力特点为亲本之一,具有较高的一般配合力,或双亲均具有较高的一般配合力,兼有较高的特殊配合力。
Heterosis and combining ability were investigated in 2012 by using seven key tobacco parents and its 42 F1of diallel crosses. Relationships between F1 performance and its pedigree-based were studied. The results showed that there were mid-parent heteroses in agronomic traits of parents. Among them, zhongyan 100×Qinyan 96, NC89×664-01, 664-01×yunyan 87 had the strong heterosis in agronomic traits. Qinyan96 and 664-01 were the elite. Heterosis was correlated with general combining ability（GCA） and specific combining ability（SCA）. One of parents had high GCA or both parents had high GCA and SCA in high heterosis trait combinations.
