大别山连片特困区农村文化建设的调查研究

Rural Culture Construction of Clustering Contiguous Poverty-Stricken Area in Dabie Mountains

连片特困地区不仅仅是经济贫困,更是文化贫困,且文化贫困在一定程度上影响着经济贫困。因此,重点对黄冈大别山区农村文化建设进行了专题调研,通过座谈和实地考察,总结了黄冈大别山连片特困区农村文化建设的特点、经验和存在问题,并提出了相关建议,以期为各级政府制定决策提供参考。

Clustering contiguous poverty-stricken area is not only economically poor, but also culturally poor. Culture poverty will affect economics poverty to some extent. Investigation was carried out specially on rural culture construction of Dabie Mountains, in Huanggang through informal discussion and field research. The characteristics, experiences and existing problems were summarized. Measures of offering reference for the government were put forward.
