基于Malmquist指数法的河北省农业全要素生产率分析

Total Agricultural Factor Productivity of Hebei Province Based on Malmquist Index

全要素生产率的测算是被广泛采用的测算技术进步和技术效率的方法,使用非参数的Malmquist生产率指数法,对河北省1993～2011年的农业全要素生产率进行了测算,并将测算结果进行了分解。结果表明,河北省的全要素生产率整体呈波动上升趋势,1993～2011年间河北省农业全要素生产率年均增长2.1%,技术效率年均增长2.9%,增长缓慢,且各市间存在差异。

Measuring total factor productivity is a widely used method of measuring technical progress and technical efficiency. Nonparametric Malmquist productivity index method was used to calculate the total factor productivity of agriculture in Hebei province during 1993-2011. The measuring results were broken down. Results showed that the total factor productivity in hebei province increased on the whole. Total factor productivity of agriculture in Hebei province during 1993-2011 had average annual growth of 2.1%. The technical efficiency grew by an average of 2.9% a year, with slow growth and the differences among the cities.
