第三代喉罩通气在乳癌改良根治术中麻醉的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较分析第三代喉罩通气在乳癌改良根治术中麻醉的临床意义。方法:选取择期行乳癌改良根治术的患者56例,年龄40~70岁,体重45~75kg,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级。采用随机分组,将患者分为两组,每组28例,观察组(Ⅰ组)采用全麻+第三代喉罩(PLMA)通气;对照组(Ⅱ组)采用全麻+普通气管导管插管。记录并比较两组患者麻醉前(Ta)、麻醉后即刻(T0)、麻醉后5min(T5)、麻醉后10min(T10)及拔管时(TS)的SBP、DBP和HR;术中、术毕并发症发生情况;记录患者苏醒、拔管时间。结果:Ⅰ组各时点SBP、DBP和HR的波动幅度较小,而Ⅱ组有较大的波动,特别在插管即刻(T0)更明显;Ⅰ组术中、术毕并发症发生率少;Ⅰ组苏醒、拔管时间早于Ⅱ组。结论:第三代喉罩通气在乳癌改良根治术中麻醉具有循环稳定、安全性好、苏醒快、拔管早、并发症少等优点,操作简便,值得应用推广。
