介绍网络舆情监测的概念及研究现状,从信息提取、文本挖掘处理、舆情分类、文本表示与主题发现、舆情意见挖掘和观点分析5个方面,介绍网络舆情监测的有关技术,并将网络舆情监测技术中涉及的各关键挖掘技术进行整合,讨论了网络舆情监测技术在实践上的应用及其意义。

The paper introduces concept and research status quo of Internet public opinion monitoring, elaborates relative tech- nologies of Internet public opinion monitoring from 5 aspects of information extraction, text mining and processing, public opinion clas- sification, text representation and topic detection, public opinion mining and sentiment analysis, and integrates all kinds of key tech- nologies involved in Internet public opinion monitoring, discusses applications and meaning of lnternet public opinion monitoring tech- nologies on practice.
