摘要 通过对科技查新项目工作流程的协作交互关系的分析,阐述沟通在科技查新工作中的重要性。认为沟通是保证科技查新效率和质量的前提,提出将求教式提问、启发式提问、协商式提问的沟通方法引入查新工作中,以提高查新工作的效果。 The paper analyzes collaborative and interactive relationship in the process of sci-tech novelty search, elaborates the importance of communication in sci-tech novelty search service, thinks that communication is the premise of guaranteeing efficiency and quality of novelty search. It proposes to introduce the ways of communication such as asking for advice, heuristic questioning, and negotiated questioning into novelty search service, so as to improve its effectiveness.
