摘要
以温岭图书馆的数字资源服务为例,认为数字资源服务绩效评估可以分为二大体系,即综合评估体系和重点指标评估,对数字资源的投人和产出的比较是该评估体系的重要内容,通过绩效评估可以不断提升图书馆的服务效益。
The paper takes digital resource service in Wenling Library as an example, thinks that performance evaluation on digi- tal resources service can be divided into two systems: comprehensive evaluation system and important index evaluation. It considers that comparison of digital resource input and output is key content of the evaluation system, and library's service performance can be pro- moted continuously by performance evaluation.
