摘要
针对DTII型带式输送机的选型标准,分析大倾角上运带式输送机选择部件的计算过程,对整个部件选型流程做出了详细论述。结合并从查阅相关资料入手,对输送机各个部件如皮带、滚筒、电动机等进行了设计计算与分析选择,组合装配成应用于指定环境条件下的带式输送机。综合考虑各种运输条件与工程要求整合出合理的选型方案,为大倾角长运距皮带机在井下工作提供理论支持,并为后续施工与控制设计打下基础。
According to the criteria for selection of DTII belt conveyer,this paper analyses the calculating process of the belt conveyor of long-distance and big inclination and discusses the selection process of pars in detail. By consulting the relevant data,the design parameters of the each part of the conveyor is calculated and selected. Ultimately these parts are assembled on the belt conveyer according to given working environment. Taking every transport requirements and engineering applications into consideration,it offers its selection scheme and the theory support of its work procedure. It also lays the foundation of latter construction and control design.
