摘要
科研能力的培养是提高八年制医学生综合素质的重要途径。泌尿外科根据临床八年制医学教育中的优势与欠缺,结合本校实际情况制定了规范的科研训练模式,在临床技能训练的同时,注重培养八年制学生对科学研究工作的兴趣和探索求知的欲望。通过系统的科研训练,学生们对科研的兴趣逐渐加深;在知识创新,查阅文献,实践操作,论文写作及学会发表等各个方面的能力均有明显改善。
Scientific research ability plays a vital role in the comprehensive development of medical students. Based on the specialty of eight-year-program medical students,and combined with the actual situation of our university; our department established a normative program model of scientific research training. This model focuses on the training of scientific spirit and interest. At the end of training, students will gradually become interested in scientific research; their abilities in literature retrieval,practice and paper writing have been obviously improved significantly.
