摘要
将临床路径引入专科医师规范化培训中,以临床路径为平台对医师尤其是对专科诊疗的医师组织教学和培训。实践证明,临床路径式教学能够规范专科培训流程,增强培训内容的系统性,提高培训效率,有利于"以问题为中心"教学法的实施,是促进规范化培训医师自身综合素质不断提高的重要因素之一。但同时也存在标准化流程适应的病种有限,很多疾病无法采用临床路径教学,个体化治疗方案需要无法体现,自学能力培养不够的缺点,需要与其他教学手段相结合。
The introduction of teaching on clinical pathways into standardized training as a platform for physicians,especially the organization and training for specialized clinical physicians. Studies proved that the teaching on clinical pathways can standardize the training processes,enhance the systematicness of the training content,improve the training efficiency which is advantageous for the implementation of problem-centered teaching method. It is one of the most important foctors in improving the overall quality of physicians by standardized training. However,there are also limitations of diseases which can adapt this training method,Many diseases can not use clinical pathways teaching,individualized treatment programs are not able to be reflected. There is no substantial capabilities of self-cultivation. These all need to be solved with the combination with other teaching methods.
