摘要
校企合作中利益相关者会因社会属性、功能、利益诉求不同而表现出不同的焦虑现象,本论文阐述了各利益相关者的焦虑表现形式,并尝试构建焦虑超越模型研究焦虑超越问题,实现利益相关者的共生。
Stakeholders＇ anxiety manifestation is different because of their different social attribute,function and benefit claims. This paper elaborates stakeholders＇ anxiety manifestation,and tries to build a research model of anxiety to research the exceeding ways of anxiety and realize the symbiosis of stakeholders.
