The Development and Implementation of Spoken English for Tour Guide Based on the Systematic Working Process

基于企业工作过程系统化的课程开发思路,进行了岗位群调查,综合涉外导游从业人员岗位群对职业能力要求,融合职业资格标准,开发了导游英语课程。课程以英文地陪为主线、出境领队工作为辅线,同时突出"情景模拟",注重听说能力训练,游教结合,让学生在模仿实践中完成具体项目来构建相关理论知识,并发展职业能力。

Based on the idea of systematic working process and the research on the posts,integrating the professional competence with the qualification criteria for tour guides,the course of Spoken English for Tour Guide has been developed. The course is about the working process of local guide,and tour leader as well. With scenario simulation, emphasizing on listening and speaking training,combining teaching with sightseeing,students can learn theoretical knowledge and develop their professional competence at the same time.
