高职大学生素质拓展的几点思考

高职教育是以就业为导向、以培养高素质技能型人才为目标的高等教育,其中"高素质"和"技能型"具有等同的地位。高职大学生素质拓展要坚持与市场需求相结合,与专业素质相结合,与学生特点相结合,努力做到系列化、常态化,并充分发挥班主任在高职大学生素质拓展中的指导作用。

Higher Vocational education is employment- orient and aims to cultivate skillful talents. While high quality and skillful is equally important. The Quality extension activities should be related with the market needs,the major and the students＇ characteristics. This should be carried out serialized and normalized. Moreover,the class teacher should play a guiding role in this work.
