On Strategic Positioning of “Nanchang-Jiujiang dual-core” and its Economic Development

针对省委提出的"昌九双核"发展战略,全面地阐述和分析了在新形势下实现江西经济崛起,应重点确立"双核"发展模式及产业定位,通过撬动"双核"经济杠杆,做大做强"昌九"产业聚群及经济总量,为策应"长江中游城市群建设"和推进"鄱阳湖生态经济区建设"铺垫坚实基础,从而达到从根本上解决江西经济长期滞后问题。

The paper is about the development strategy of＂Nanchang- Jiujiang dual- core＂presented by the provincial party committee. It states and analyzes comprehensively that the improvement of Jiangxi＇s economy in the new situation should focus on establishing a＂dual core＂model of development and industry positioning,and make industry clusters and the total economy bigger and stronger by leveraging the＂Nanchang- Jiujiang dual core＂economic levers. This study is to be a solid foundation of coordinating the＂the urban agglomeration building of middle Yangtze＂ and promoting＂Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone＂,and to solve fundamentally long- term lag- behind problem of Jiangxi economy.
