高速公路在运行过程中,监控中心需要接收并处理大量的数据信息,如果只依靠人工处理这些信息,则工作效率低下.智能监控系统的开发与应用能很好地解决这一问题.根据德昌高速的监控系统,对系统各项功能模块化开发的需求背景及应用做了一定的探讨.对现有的海量数据加以管理和提取,为高速公路管理的智能化进程提供一条新途径,提高了路段营运管理水平.

The monitoring center receives and processes a large amount of data in the operation process of the highway, and if the infor- mation is only processed by manual efforts, the working efficiency is very low. The development and application of intelligent monito- ring system can solve this problem. This paper studies the demand background and the application of the modular customization of all functions of the system based on the monitoring system of Dechang Highway. The research manages and extracts the massive data avail- able so as to provide a new way for the intelligent process of highway and improve the operation management level of the highway.
