The operating system is an important basic course in computer science. It has a lot of knowledge and complex principles. Therefore, the teaching lecture is boring and difficult to he understood as generally the traditional teaching way can not connect the the- ory and practice enough. Using task - driven teaching approach can establish teaching objectives and combine theoretical teaching con- tent and design task modules. Furthermore, it inspires students＇ enthusiasm for learning and help students better understand the inter- nala of the operating system and operation mechanism. Good teaching effect is achieved by using this teaching approach.
