摘要
介绍了一种药柱双向自动压药系统,包含自动称装药、自动上药冲、自动压药、自动退模、自动取药柱等工序;采用群模方式压制,可编程控制器控制整个压制过程,实现压药系统无人化操作,提高了系统的压力精度和生产节拍,减小了重大安全事故的发生。
This paper introduced an automated both-way charge pressing system, including automated pro- cedures such as weighing and charging, punch assembly, pressing, module unloading and charge disas- sembling. The system adopts gang-die pressing and uses PLC to dominate the whole procedure, thus real- ize unmanned operation, higher system pressing precision and quick production, along with fewer fatal ac- cident happening.
