摘要
针对随舰备件配置中遇到的备件配置费效比低、求解模型单一等难题,构建了三个随舰备件配置优化模型,通过为遗传算法设定合适的遗传算子和参数,求解得到满足评价指标要求的最优备件方案;算例分析结果显示:在满足任务可靠度要求的情况下,所得的最优备件配置方案与初始备件配置方案相比,其备件费用更低;根据模型特点匹配合适的遗传算子和参数,能有效提高遗传算法的计算效率。
To solve the problem such as spare parts solution with low cost-effective and only solve single model configuring spare parts of warship, three optimization models of spare parts configuration were con- structed. The best spare parts solution satisfying the requirements of evaluation index was got by setting ap- propriate genetic operators and parameters for genetic algorithms. It has been shown by the experiment that the spare parts cost of best solution is lower than primary solution on the condition that both solutions meet the requirements of evaluation index. Otherwise, computational efficiency of genetic algorithms can be effi- ciently increased by matching appropriate genetic operators and parameters for the optimization model ac- cording to its characteristic.
