摘要
基于当前几种主流的BIM软件在实际使用中确定参数范畴时存在的参数不开放、公式不开放、输出不开放等问题,提出"开放的选择性BIM"的概念,并进一步阐析其"开放的"和"选择性"的内涵。在此基础上,利用常用建筑辅助设计软件中已有的一些功能,实现开放的选择性BIM的概念;同时针对严寒和寒冷地区住宅节能设计计算问题,尝试将开放的选择性BIM概念应用于住宅节能可视化计算。
While determining parameters category by several current mainstream BIM softwares, various problems occurs, including parameters not be open, formula not be open, output not be open etc. The concept of"open selective BIM"is proposed with deep elaboration on the connotation of"open"and"selective". On this basis, some functions of common architectural CAD software are utilized to achieve the concept of "open selective BIM"; aiming to the energy-efficient design calculation of residential buildings in cold areas, try to apply the"open selective BIM"for visual calculation of residential energy-efficient design.
