摘要 以上海地区某高校宿舍楼为研究对象,基于Dest建筑能耗模拟分析软件对其进行能耗模拟,分析不同的墙体传热系数、外窗传热系数、外窗遮阳系数和窗墙比等因素对建筑能耗的影响。通过模拟可以得出:在夏热冬冷地区,不同因素对能耗的影响不同,改进外窗传热系数比加强外墙传热系数更有实际作用。针对模拟结果提出建筑节能措施,为宿舍楼的节能提供参考。 The dormitory building of a university in Shanghai is researched, by investigating the energy consumption based on Dest- building energy simulation analysis software. The paper presents the influence of wall heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer coefficient of window, window shading coefficient and window-wall ration to the building energy consumption. Through the simulation can be obtained: in hot summer and cold winter region, the effect of different factors affecting the energy consumption respectively are not the same, but it is more practical to strengthen the heat transfer coefficient of window than that of the exterior wall. Energy-efficient measures are proposed for the dormitory building with the result of simulation.
