摘要
严寒地区铁路中小站办公建筑的围护结构多属砖混结构,建筑围护结构热工性能差,其中墙体未进行保温是影响此类建筑采暖能耗的最主要因素。根据《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》对此类建筑的墙体进行节能改造,能够大幅度地降低建筑采暖能耗。比较了不同保温材料在不同厚度情况下的节能率,并对其经济性进行了分析。
Most envelope of railway station office buildings in cold regions are brick structure with poor thermal performance, because the walls have no insulation measures, which is the most important factor affecting the building heating energy consumption. Energy saving retrofitting on building envelope is required according to the "Technical Code for the Retrofitting of Public Building on Energy Efficiency"(JGJ176-2009), reducing the building heating energy consumption significantly. This paper compares energy efficiency rate of various heat insulation materials in different thickness with the economic analysis.
