摘要
目的采用代谢组学方法比较由红、北柴胡组成的逍遥散复方化学物质组成是否存在差异。方法分别制备含红柴胡和北柴胡的逍遥散样品6份,采用1H-NMR进行化学分析,并对其差异成分进行分析。结果从逍遥散的1H-NMR图谱共指认代谢产物19种,且二者的化学成分存在差异。与含红柴胡的逍遥散相比,含北柴胡的逍遥散中苏氨酸、丙氨酸、琥珀酸、谷氨酰胺四种成分的含量较高,牛磺酸、果糖、蔗糖的含量较低。结论1H-NMR方法简单、快速,我们可以用此方法比较由红、北柴胡的逍遥散的化学成分的差异。
Objective To compare the difference of Xiaoyao powder composed of B. scorzonerifolium or B. chinense with1H- NMR metabolomics. Methods Six samples of Xiaoyao powder composed of B. scorzonerifolium and B. chinense were prepared,respectively.1H- NMR was used for chemical analysis,and the different compositions were identified. Results Nineteen kinds of metabolites were identified from the1H- NMR spectrum of Xiaoyao powder,and the chemical compositions were different between them. Compared with Xiaoyao powder composed of B. scorzonerifolium,there were higher levels of threonine,alanine,succinic acid and glutamine,lower taurine,fructose and sucrose in the powder composed of B. chinense. Conclusion1H- NMR is simple and rapid for distinguishing the different chemical compositions of Xiaoyao powder composed of B. scorzonerifolium or B. Chinense.
