摘要
目前,在前置发动机和前轮驱动(FF)、四轮驱动(4WD)汽车零部件生产中,已广泛采用了精密锻造工艺。其等速万向节和差速器齿轮等零部件采用温模锻、冷模锻与温、热模锻相组合等精密锻造技术,使产品成本下降、工艺性能得到改善,并确保了产品的高精度要求。
Precision forged parts are now used extensively in FF and 4WD passenger cars.This report describes examples of precision forging processes applied to various types of parts for constant velocity joint and differential gears,such as warm drop forging,cold drop forging and the combination of warm and hot drop forging,which facilitates cost reduction,improves the process performance and ensures the high-degree precision
