淹水胁迫对褐飞虱不同生物型取食量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of flooding stress on food consumption of different brown planthopper biotypes

摘要 为探讨淹水胁迫对褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)生物型Ⅱ和孟加拉型在抗该生物型水稻品种取食量的影响,采用蜜露量测定法测定经不同淹水胁迫处理后,水稻植株上褐飞虱不同生物型雌成虫个体分泌的蜜露量。结果表明:淹水胁迫对褐飞虱不同生物型在抗该型品种上取食量的影响程度不同,以褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ雌成虫在ASD7上的取食量受淹水胁迫影响最大;褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ在IR36、IR42上的取食量及孟加拉型在IR56、RNR3070、OM997-6和ARC5833上的取食量受淹水胁迫影响较大;褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ在OM997-6上的取食量及褐飞虱2种生物型在RP1976-18-6-4-2和ARC5984上的取食量受淹水胁迫影响较小;褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ在桂引901及褐飞虱2种生物型在高抗品种RHT、Ptb33和570011上的取食量均不受淹水胁迫影响。 The effect of flooding stress on food consumption of different adult female brown planthoppers(Nilaparvata lugens)biotypes adult female fed on resistant rice varieties were studied by measuring their honeydrew.The results indicated that the effectsincidence of flooding stress on the food consumption of different brown planthopper different biotypes fed on resistant rice varieties were different.The impact of flooding stress on the food consumption of brown planthopper biotype Ⅱ fed on ASD7was the greatest,and followed by it′s great the impact on food consumption of brown planthopper biotypeⅡfed on IR36,IR42and brown planthopper biotype bangladesh fed on IR56,RNR3070,OM997-6and ARC5833.The low-impact on food consumption of brown planthopper biotypeⅡfed on OM997-6and the two brown planthopper biotypes fed on RP1976-18-6-4-2and ARC5984was slim.The food consumption of brown planthopper biotypeⅡfed on Guiyin 901and two brown planthopper biotypes fed on RHT,Ptb33and 570011were not impacted influenced by the flooding stress.
