CD3^-CD19^+ B淋巴细胞在过敏性鼻炎发病中的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞在过敏性鼻炎发病中的临床意义。方法将30例过敏性鼻炎发作患者作为鼻炎组,25例过敏性鼻炎缓解患者作为鼻炎缓解组,30例健康体检者作为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测上述受检者外周血CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞的表达水平。结果鼻炎组、缓解组、对照组受检者外周血CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞的表达率分别为(25.5±9.2)%、(13.6±5.2)%及(11.6±2.5)%,鼻炎组患者外周血CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞的表达率明显高于缓解组和对照组(P<0.05),而缓解组与对照组受检者外周血CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞表达率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞表达水平有助于反映过敏性鼻炎患者的病情变化。
