同种细菌不同菌株微生物敏感性试验结果差异的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查临床送检的细菌培养标本中是否存在同种细菌不同菌株微生物敏感性试验结果不一致的现象,为临床抗菌药的使用提供可靠依据。方法随机选择临床送检的经初步鉴别需要进行微生物敏感性试验的细菌培养样本40例,从每例标本的培养基上选取形态相同的2个菌落分别进行分纯培养,再将分纯培养后的细菌分别经BD PHOENIX全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析系统进行细菌鉴定,同时将每种细菌选用9个临床常用的抗菌药采用纸片扩散法(K-B)进行微生物敏感性试验。结果40例标本中分离出的细菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌(7组)、粪肠球菌(2组)、大肠埃希菌(10组)、阴沟肠杆菌(2组)、肺炎克雷伯菌(6组)、铜绿假单胞菌(9组)、鲍氏不动杆菌(4组)。存在微生物敏感性试验结果不一致的有12组样本,分别是:金黄色葡萄球菌2组(28.6%),铜绿假单胞菌4组(44.4%),大肠埃希菌3组(30.0%)及肺炎克雷伯菌3组(50.0%),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性杆菌的不一致发生率分别为22.2%(2/7)、32.3%(10/21),二者差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尽可能分离目的菌单个菌株进行微生物敏感性试验十分必要。
